Application Instructions:
1.
Concrete surface must be thoroughly clean, sound, dry and
free of oils, dust, and other loose materials.
Use of
shot basting, sandblasting or hydro-blasting is recommended
to generate a clean and lightly
textured surface.
2.
Use
some water to dampen concrete surface but water bond should
not exist
